Frequently Asked Questions

  • I offer counseling for adults, adolescents, couples, and families, helping you process emotions, manage stress, and find clarity. I specialize in relationship transitions, and exploring the “why” behind thoughts and behaviors, caregiver support, and career guidance. My approach is open, compassionate, and nonjudgmental, providing a safe space to build resilience, gain insight, and work toward a more balanced, empowered, and fulfilling life.

  • Getting started is simple. Reach out through the contact form or schedule a call, we’ll walk you through the next steps and answer any questions along the way.

  • We combine a thoughtful, human-centered approach with clear communication and reliable results. It’s not just what we do, it’s how we do it that sets us apart.

  • You can reach us anytime via our contact page or email. We aim to respond quickly—usually within one business day.

  • My fees are competitive and reflect the personalized care I provide. I accept Cash, Credit Card, HSA, & digital forms of pay. I can provide you a superbill to attempt to get reimbursed by your insurance company.

  • At this time, I do not accept insurance. One of the benefits of this is that I don't have to assign a diagnosis or submit any information to an insurance company. This helps protect your privacy and gives us more freedom in how we approach counseling.

  • We understand that reaching out for support can feel like a big step, and feelings of nervousness or uncertainty are completely normal. Whether you’ve struggled to express your emotions, kept things private, or only shared with a close circle, counseling is a different kind of experience. The first sessions may feel unfamiliar, but we work to make them as comfortable and natural as possible. Our office offers a cozy, professional, and safe environment, with a warm welcome and compassionate understanding of your situation. We fully invest in your experience, focusing on your unique needs so you quickly feel supported and understood, like someone truly has your back.
