Therapy should feel human before it feels clinical.

Rooted Therapy Collective was created with the belief that healing happens in spaces that feel emotionally safe, intellectually honest, and deeply grounded. This is a practice for people navigating emotional exhaustion, overwhelm, responsibility, or the experience of carrying more than they should have to alone.

The work is collaborative, reflective, and practical, helping clients understand the roots beneath their patterns while building healthier emotional responses, stronger relationships, and a more sustainable connection with themselves.

“Therapy that feels supportive, grounded, and purposeful.”

Clinical & Emotional Focus Areas

Therapeutic Approach Note:

This work is collaborative and paced according to your needs. Some clients come in seeking clarity, others for support through difficult transitions, and many are simply trying to better understand themselves and the patterns they keep finding themselves in.

You do not need to have the “right words” or a fully formed understanding of what you’re experiencing in order to begin.

Therapy should feel supportive, grounded, and purposeful.

Connect With Me
  • Life can feel overwhelming and uncertain at times, and you don’t have to navigate it alone.

I offer a calm, nonjudgmental space to slow things down, explore what’s feeling heavy, and begin to understand the patterns shaping your experience. Together, we focus on building clarity, emotional steadiness, and more supportive ways of moving through stress, anxiety, life transitions, and relationship changes.

This work is grounded, collaborative, and paced with intention — supporting both insight and meaningful, sustainable change.

  • Relationships can hold deep connection, complexity, and growth all at once. Whether you’re navigating communication challenges, ruptures in trust, life transitions, or a desire to feel more connected, therapy offers a grounded space to slow down and better understand what’s happening between you.

I work with individuals and partners across a range of relationship structures, supporting clearer communication, emotional understanding, and healthier patterns of connection. The focus is on helping you move toward relationships that feel more intentional, secure, and aligned with your values.

  • Family relationships can be deeply meaningful and, at times, complex or strained. When communication feels difficult or life transitions create distance, family therapy offers a space to slow things down and reconnect in a more intentional way.

I support families navigating conflict, parenting challenges and parent-child dynamics, major life transitions, and patterns that may be contributing to disconnection. This can also include parenting support and guidance to help caregivers feel more confident, consistent, and connected in their approach.

The focus is on improving communication, strengthening understanding, and building healthier, more supportive family dynamics where each voice can be heard.

Together, we work toward relationships that feel more steady, respectful, and connected.

  • Growing up can feel overwhelming at times, especially when school, friendships, family dynamics, or questions about yourself start to feel confusing or heavy.

Therapy offers a safe, supportive space where kids and teens can talk things through in a way that feels comfortable and age-appropriate. Sessions focus on helping them understand their emotions, build coping skills, strengthen confidence, and feel more supported in navigating everyday challenges.

For younger clients, we also use a developmentally appropriate approach that may include conversation, creative expression, and skill-building to support emotional regulation, self-understanding, and healthy communication.

The goal is to help each child or teen feel more grounded, capable, and supported as they grow.

  • Root Sessions are brief, focused therapy sessions designed for individuals who may not be ready for, or able to commit to, traditional ongoing therapy, but are looking for a space to check in, explore something current, or receive clinical support in a more flexible format.

These sessions can serve as an entry point into care for new clients, or as an additional option for current clients who need a brief, targeted conversation between sessions.

For telehealth clients, Root Sessions are available more broadly. For in-person sessions, a brief introductory phone call is required prior to scheduling to ensure appropriate fit and alignment with services.

Root Sessions are structured to meet you where you are in the moment, offering a contained space for reflection, clarification, and clinical support based on your immediate needs and goals.

  • This offering is designed for high school and college-aged students, as well as families, who are seeking more individualized support in exploring career direction, identity, and post-secondary planning.

As a certified School Counselor and School Psychologist, I bring nearly 20 years of experience helping students clarify their strengths, interests, values, and possible pathways forward—especially in moments where school systems may not allow for enough individualized time or depth of exploration.

This work is focused on helping students and families better understand fit—not just academically or vocationally, but personally. The goal is to explore options, clarify direction, and identify pathways that feel aligned with who they are and how they want to move through their future.

Support may include one-on-one guidance sessions, family consultation, and future offerings such as structured workshops or guided workbooks to help students reflect, explore options, and make more informed decisions about next steps.

This is not about pressure or predetermined outcomes—it is about slowing down the process enough to create clarity, confidence, and a more intentional sense of direction.
